This miniature was primed with Matt White spray. The troopers' legs and arms were then given an overall coat of Arkab Tan (Bony Matter) and their tunic is Davion Green (Cloak). The helmets and boots were painted with Periphery Brown (Ruddy Fur), with the boots given a further coat of Widow Black (Grim Black). The weapons are Matt Black and the jump jet nozzles are Parade Chrome (Shining Silver). The helmet visors were painted Gray Death (Ash Grey) and shaded with Death Commando (Deep Grey) and Avalon Gray (Brigade Grey). The base was finished with Matt Black.

The Federated Suns, ruled by House Davion, was the second major state to form outside of the Terran Alliance.
